The Gottlieb Society of Capital Area United Way is a diverse group of everyday leaders fighting for the health, education, income stability and basic needs of every person in our 10-Parish community. For more information, contact ameyc@cauw.org.
Gottlieb Society members support United Way with an annual gift of $1,000 or more (that’s $20/week), which is invested in the most effective, measurable programs that help more than 250,000 local people each year.
Leadership Giving Levels
United Way recognizes six levels of Leadership Giving through the Gottlieb Society. Each of these levels allows donors to expand their giving and increase their impact in our community:
$1,000 Rouge
$1,500 Bronze
$2,500 Silver
$5,000 Gold
$7,500 Platinum
$10,000+ Tocqueville Society

Women United
Women United seeks to improve the lives of those in the Capital Area with a focus on education, income stability, healthy living and basic needs - the building blocks for a strong community. African American Leadership Council

Step-Up Program
Capital Area United Way offers a Step-Up Program for donors who would like to gradually increase their gift to $1,000 over a three-year period. The Step-Up Program starts with a gift of $500 in Year 1 and includes all membership benefits of Leadership Giving. For more information, contact ameyc@cauw.org.
